Maynard, or Morty, is a native New Yorker whose primary literary interests lie in the weird, the strange and the monstrous. He likes exploring the deep crevices of the human psyche usually left undisturbed. When he's not writing, he can be found either cooking up some new concoction in the kitchen, playing classic video games and avidly reading, usually with his feline companion, Klaus, at his side.
